Google User Data

When you connect your Google Calendar, we access and store the following Google user data:

• Google Calendar events (to check for scheduling conflicts)
• Calendar access tokens (to create mentoring session events)
• Basic profile information (name and email for event creation)

Data Retention: Google user data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our mentoring services. Specifically:

• Calendar access tokens are stored until you disconnect your Google Calendar or delete your account
• Event data is retained for the duration of scheduled mentoring sessions and up to 30 days after completion for support purposes

Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your Google user data at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Google Calendar from your profile settings
• Deleting your account entirely
• Contacting us directly at privacy@guidenao.com

Upon request, we will delete all Google user data within 30 days. You can also revoke our access to your Google account directly through your Google Account settings.
